We have fostered feather since Christmas, progress with fracture healing and building up her muscle mass has been complex and slow, but with the help of hydrotherapy and regular physio she is starting to use the leg for short periods, we are awaiting the results of the last X-Ray's to see if the bone has healed, In general feather has gained weight and is no longer emaicated, she is fully house trained and can now be left for 4 hrs, needs another dog for support especially when out on walks and is cat friendly with a confident cat. Feather is still wary of strangers and does not like to be confined in a crate. Feather loves toys and teddies and will happily play by herself for ages. She has gained confidence in everyday life and is always so excited to see us in the mornings, she is quite the clown and makes us laugh everyday, Fostering feather has been amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing her fully healed.

Feather arrived in the rescue with a very badly broken leg after undergoing major surgery, feather is now on the road to recovery she has several more weeks of crate rest to go until she is ready for rehoming but we will keep you updated on her progress.
