TIMI

Timi is vaccinated and neutered. He has settled in to his foster home very quickly and knows our routine already.

Timi travels reasonably well in the car, he walks on the lead fairly well but needs more training.  I believe that most of his walks prior to coming to us were off lead.  He responds to his name and comes when called, however we have only done this in a small area with few distractions.  Timi is clean and quiet overnight but has moments of barking during daylight if he sees anything on the path outside.

We were told that Timi was good with other dogs, but I would suggest, from what we have seen so far, that Timi would be best as an only dog.  He is not cat friendly.  He is very loving and protective of his humans and fairly jealous of other dogs approaching them.  He loves his creature comforts alternating between dog bed and sofa. He will leave the sofa when told to. He also waits to be invited onto the sofa if it is occupied. Timi is comfortable around our toddler granddaughter without interacting with her. He happily watches what she does and follows to be able to see what she is up to.

Whoever takes the time to get to know Timi will have a very loving companion.
