Update August 2020
Bertie is 28″ to the shoulder and about 12 months old. He’s a big clumsy oaf, and a bit of a nervous nelly. It’s taken him a while to settle in but now he has, his confidence is coming on in leaps and bounds. He’ll need to go with another confident, older dog to help continue to build his confidence. He can be a bit aloof when he first meets you but is coming out of his shell and is starting to love a bit of fuss. He loves playing with his foster sister Mango, watching his foster dad do the gardening and wallowing in his paddling pool. He’s housetrained and learning to walk nicely on a lead. Unfortunately not cat friendly and could possibly live with older children
UPDATE July 2020
Bert’s wound is healing up nicely, he’s still very shy so will be looking for a home with a similar sized, older dog to help him settle in and build up his confidence.
He’s house trained, getting better on a lead and is very food orientated so would be great for training. Could live with older kids, no small furries.
Please meet Herbert who has just arrived with us, he is about 10/11 months old, stands 27inches to the shoulder, is a lovely playful boy, a little bit nervous but finding his feet. He has a wound on his leg that is healing well so won’t be ready for rehoming just yet but we are happy to take enquires about him now.
