UPDATE:  The glorious, the wonderful Phoenix has risen from the ashes, what a beautiful soul he has.  To have been through so much in his short life, to have suffered to the degree he has suffered and yet still be so trusting.  Phoenix is thriving, his blood tests have all come back perfect and he now weighs 23kg.  Phoenix is starting to trust and get to know more and more people and has a spring in his step.  Onwards and upwards my handsome boy.

 

Phoenix – I don’t think I need to write the condition of this dog, he is being fed every 4 hours 2 tablespoons of food and carefully monitored.  Phoenix is also being fed throughout the night, I’m very tired but this beautiful boy is worth it, he has to wear a fleece coat all the time because he feels the cold, he is anaemic and is on antibiotics, vitamins and specialist powders to support his gut, we are taking every day at a time.
