Timi has now been in his foster home for just over 6 months now and in this time he has settle in really well and we can honestly say it is a pleasure to have him.
Like most lurchers he is a laid back boy who is a pleasure to have around the home, he loves his human companions and is extremely well behaved around the young grandchild who visit on a regular basis, even if she drops food Timi will wait for permission to eat it, such a good boy.
Timi is fully house trained and quite in the home, he will have a bark in the garden if he hears something, he thinks we should know about but doesn’t bark excessively.
Timi does not have a favorite toy but does play with them. He loves to fetch a thrown ball back, dropping it to be thrown again, even the few feet that the granddaughter can throw it.
He does take time to eat his food and is a bit of a grazer, he does enjoy his treats and will take them gentle from your hand.
He enjoys going out on his walks and loves meeting people of all ages and sizes he will happily have fuss of any passing humans if offered and walks nicely on the lead.
Timi lacks confidence around other dogs and reacts by barking to keep them away the foster home has been working with a training to help with this and have made some progress but his new home will need to continue this work with him because of this Timi will need to be the only dog in the home.
Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Timi will gain a loving, gentle playful addition to their family.
